By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every part as accurately as we can, including whether it is genuine OEM or a quality aftermarket equivalent. Photographs are representative; minor variation in finish, batch or packaging is normal. Brand names are used solely to identify the watches a part is compatible with and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those manufacturers.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Stock levels are indicative; if an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full. Where a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Payment is processed by our commerce provider's secure checkout; we do not handle or store card details.

5. Fitment is your responsibility

Compatibility information is provided in good faith as guidance. You are responsible for confirming that a part suits your specific watch and reference before ordering and before fitting. If you are unsure, contact us first.

6. Fitting and water resistance

Watch repair carries risk. Fitting components — particularly crystals, gaskets, crowns and movements — should be carried out by a competent person with appropriate tools. Water resistance is only restored by pressure testing after assembly. We are not responsible for damage caused during fitting or for loss of water resistance.

7. Warranty

Parts are warranted against manufacturing defect for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover wear, misuse, incorrect fitting, or damage caused by an incompatible application. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by our shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to the watch a part was fitted to. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

10. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or republish our catalogue data, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

11. Content

Guides and technical articles on this site are general information, not a substitute for professional servicing advice. Site content and imagery remain our property.
